Job Summary:

Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively

    identify and acquire new clients

    on a daily basis.
  • Conduct

    cold calls

    and send outreach emails to potential clients.
  • Effectively

    present our IT staffing services

    to prospects.
  • Conduct meetings and

    communicate client value propositions

    clearly.
  • Source potential clients through

  • Build and maintain

    strong, long-term relationships

  • Research and understand potential clients

    revenue, size, and reputation

  • Handle client

Qualifications:

  • Preferred:

    B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MCA, or any technical diploma.
  • Accepted:

    BBA, MBA, or any relevant management degree.
