About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, confident and result-oriented Business Development Intern who is interested in SaaS sales, B2B marketing, client communication and business growth.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, an understanding of software products and an interest in connecting with businesses, generating leads and converting potential customers into clients.

What You'll Do

• Identify and research potential B2B customers, agencies, founders and sales teams.
• Generate leads using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and other prospecting platforms.
• Execute LinkedIn outreach and personalized cold email campaigns.
• Communicate with potential customers through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and calls.
• Understand customer requirements and explain how software products can solve their business challenges.
• Schedule product demos and conduct introductory product walkthroughs.
• Follow up with prospects, manage sales conversations and help convert interested users into paying customers.
• Manage leads and sales activities through CRM platforms.
• Assist with trial user onboarding, product follow-ups and customer feedback collection.
• Track daily outreach, responses, meetings, conversions and pipeline progress.
• Research competitors and identify new opportunities for customer acquisition.

What We're Looking For

• BBA, MBA, PGDM, B.Com, BCA or any other relevant graduate/postgraduate qualification.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Confidence in speaking with business owners, founders and decision-makers.
• Basic understanding of SaaS products, software tools or subscription-based businesses.
• Interest in B2B sales, lead generation, cold outreach and client acquisition.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working with targets.
• Willingness to learn product demos, sales techniques and negotiation.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in SaaS sales are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills (Additional Advantage)

• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Lemlist or similar platforms.
• Previous internship in sales, marketing, lead generation or business development.
• Understanding of B2B agencies, digital marketing agencies or software companies.
