About Olio Nexus

Olio Nexus focuses on AI-driven technology solutions, helping businesses build and improve digital products through custom software development, AI-powered application development, MVP development and UI/UX consulting.

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Intern to support our sales efforts by identifying potential clients, generating leads and scheduling meetings for our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls and follow up on inbound enquiries to generate business opportunities.
• Identify, research and qualify potential clients for AI-integrated software development, AI-powered app development, product and MVP development, and UI/UX consulting services.
• Research target companies and reach out to relevant decision-makers, including founders, CEOs, CTOs and product managers.
• Generate and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through calling, email, LinkedIn and other relevant outreach channels.
• Schedule appointments and product or service discussions for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, prospect details, follow-ups and lead status in the designated tracker or CRM.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and support the team in converting qualified opportunities into business.

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in making cold calls and engaging with potential clients.
• Interest in B2B sales, business development and IT services.
• Basic understanding of software development, AI solutions or digital products is an advantage.
• Good research, organisation and follow-up skills.
• A proactive, target-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
• Prior experience in lead generation, telecalling, IT sales or business development will be an added advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly stipend: ₹15,000.
• Performance incentives: Additional incentives based on successful business closures.
