Role Overview

We are seeking an HR & Business Development Intern who will support our team across hiring, recruitment, business development, admin, and research functions. This is a hands-on role for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. You'll gain exposure to both the people side and the growth side of a fast-moving tech startup.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Growth

  • Assist in outreach to potential clients, partners, and collaborators.
  • Draft and send professional emails, proposals, and follow-ups.
  • Conduct basic market and competitor research.
  • Support preparation of pitch decks and presentations.

Human Resources & Recruitment

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.
  • Draft and post job descriptions across platforms.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and update hiring trackers.
  • Support onboarding and documentation processes.

General & Admin

  • Manage databases, spreadsheets, and internal records.
  • Support daily operational tasks and ad-hoc projects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Comfortable with emails, outreach, and basic research.
  • Interest in HR, business development, and working in a startup environment.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Prior internship experience in HR, recruitment, or BD is a plus (not mandatory).
