Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling existing clients through regular follow-ups, making and sharing quotations, building positive relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction, solving queries regarding orders, and following up with production for order release and dispatch. Additionally, you may be required to generate new leads and make calls when necessary. Key Responsibilities: - Good communication skills are required to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues. - You should have good pressure handling skills to manage client expectations and resolve issues efficiently. - Proficiency in email writing is necessary for clear and professional communication with clients and team members. - Handle existing clients by maintaining regular follow-ups and addressing their needs. - Create and share quotations with clients in a timely manner. - Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction. - Ensure client satisfaction by addressing their concerns and resolving any queries related to orders. - Follow up with the production team to ensure timely order release and dispatch. - Generate new leads and make calls as required to expand the client base.
