The Business Development Executive position at Tetro involves Vendor Onboarding & Management in the city of Bangalore. These products are supported by warranties, verified sellers, and a seamless purchasing process. As a Business Development Executive at Tetro, your primary responsibility will be to onboard and oversee retail vendors. This role is ideal for individuals who derive satisfaction from fostering growth from the initial stages and possess expertise in retail or electronics sales and operations. Key responsibilities include bringing retail mobile shops on board as vendor partners, nurturing enduring relationships with sellers, maintaining optimal inventory levels and fostering seller engagement, enforcing quality standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs), providing seller feedback to enhance operational efficiency, and mastering the quality control process for mobile devices as per our SOPs. Applicants should have at least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in electronics or mobile retail, along with robust communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Kannada and Hindi is essential, and owning a bike for regular field travel is mandatory. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, goal-oriented, and dependable. The compensation package for this role includes a fixed monthly salary of 20,000 INR, with incentives of up to 20,000 INR per month based on performance.
