Job Description This is a full-time Business Development Executive role. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new Business Development, Lead Generation, Business Communication, and Key Account Management on a day-to-day basis. Qualification: BBA/BBM/MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Communications or Advertising Experience: 2 to 5 Years (Pharma Experience Preferred) Roles and Responsibilities: Fluency in English and Hindi Language Willing to travel Domestic and Internationally for trade fairs & Exhibition New Business Development and Lead Generation skills To liaise between Plant, QC, QA & Customer. To meet existing customers, Follow - ups to direct customers for sales. Identifying new areas of business & develop new markets & new customers. Building & maintaining business relationships with existing customers. Promoting product & generating new leads. Developing marketing campaigns. Developing monthly marketing updates and discuss the same amongst team. Building relationships with clients Customer Retention, Building New Customer, must meet Purchase Managers, R&D scientists & Production Managers, QC, Product Management department for upcoming developments and to scale up projects.
