Job Summary

SkyyRider Electric Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 1–3 years of experience in the automobile industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, generating leads, and contributing to the company's sales growth in the electric vehicle sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the automobile and electric vehicle industry.
• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, online platforms, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, distributors, and business partners.
• Promote the company's electric vehicle products and explain their features, benefits, and commercial value.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential customers and new markets.
• Follow up with prospective customers, negotiate commercial terms, and support sales closures.
• Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business development objectives.
• Maintain customer databases, lead status, sales reports, and daily activity reports.
• Participate in client meetings, product demonstrations, and business development activities.
• Identify opportunities for dealer appointments and expansion into new territories.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline. A degree in Business Administration or Marketing will be an added advantage.

• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in the automobile industry is mandatory.

• Experience in automobile sales, dealership development, or electric vehicle sales will be preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Good customer relationship management and lead generation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and basic sales reporting.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and field sales activities.
• A valid two-wheeler driving licence would be an advantage.
