About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calls, emails, and client meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, compliance heads, and decision-makers across industries.
• Promote and sell BGV solutions (employee background checks, education checks, address verification, criminal checks, reference checks, etc.).
• Understand client requirements, prepare customized proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Collaborate with operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Represent the company in industry events, HR forums, and networking platforms.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability in B2B sales, preferably in HR services, recruitment, or background verification.
• Negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Goal-oriented, self-driven, and resilient.
• Understanding of HR processes and compliance will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Any degree
• 1–4 years of experience in sales/business development (experience in BGV, staffing, HR tech, or compliance services preferred).
