Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Mogappair – Nolambur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Incentives

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Weekly Off: Tuesday / Wednesday

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and sales-driven Business Development Executives with mandatory knowledge of the interior design or architecture industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer leads, conducting product demonstrations, converting enquiries into orders, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle leads provided by the marketing team and follow up on customer enquiries.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable interior products and solutions.
• Conduct experience centre walkthroughs and product demonstrations.
• Explain quotations, negotiate with clients, and convert leads into orders.
• Maintain customer records and update lead details in CRM software.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Coordinate with design and execution teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Build strong client relationships and follow up with prospective customers.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in business development or sales.
• Knowledge of the interior design or architecture industry is mandatory.
• Fluency in Tamil and English is mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
• Passion for sales, business development, and customer engagement.
• Immediate joiners who can join by the end of October are preferred.
• Candidates should be able to commute to or relocate near Mogappair–Nolambur, Chennai.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
