Job Description

Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to help drive our software development business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and working closely with internal teams to deliver custom software solutions to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. Understand client requirements and propose suitable software solutions and services. Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos for potential clients. Create compelling proposals, quotations, and pitches. Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Collaborate with the technical team to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables. Track and manage the entire sales cycle using CRM tools. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Participate in marketing and promotional activities, including events and trade shows. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field. 0-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software development or IT services. Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies (web, mobile, cloud, etc.). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and online sales tools. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with international sales and client management. Knowledge of SaaS, custom software development, or mobile/web app solutions. Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, or other lead generation tools. Compensation: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
