About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Sales & Business Development team as Business Development Executives.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and individuals looking to begin their careers in sales. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, generating leads, explaining our products/services & building strong customer relationships.

Candidates with good communication skills, a willingness to learn & an interest in sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, emails & other communication channels.
• Generate new business leads and follow up with prospective clients.
• Understand customer requirements and explain the company's products/services.
• Conduct sales discussions and assist in converting prospective leads into customers.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Eligibility & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
• Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Confidence in interacting with customers.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn & interest in sales.
• Previous experience in sales, telecalling or business development will be an added advantage.
