Company Description

Educational Qualifications & Experience

• BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or Production (Preffered MBA)
• 0 – 4 years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, or compressor air or boiler industry exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and tie up with new compressor, boiler, HVAC Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and channel partners or dealers; market and sell our products like Air Receiver, Deaerators directly through them. (OEM Development)
• Actively identify, visit, and pitch to new and existing industrial OEMs to generate fresh B2B leads.
• Lead technical discussions, resolve customer queries on-site, and negotiate deals to close sales.
• Prepare accurate offers/quotations, maintain daily activity reports, and update the Enquiry Management System (EMS).

Technical Competencies -

• Understanding of static equipment’s such as Air receivers, Deaerators, etc.
• Sales knowledge , customer segmentation , sales pitch
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Account management mindset
• Relationship-building for long sales cycles
