Job Description

As a Retail Client Promoter at Standard Chartered, your role involves proactively promoting designated Retail Clients products and services to acquire new customers. Your responsibilities include: - Participating in sales promotions and activities to achieve/exceed defined sales targets - Engaging NTB Affluent clients via leads sourced from various channels - Implementing a creative approach to satisfy customers, improve competitive advantage, and enhance performance - Actively cross-selling the bank's other products/services to meet annual financial budget - Providing quality, efficient before and after sales services - Preparing and consolidating accurate reports on sales activities - Implementing and complying with AML requirements while performing duties - Ensuring internal controls are intensified by staying updated with local laws and regulations - Performing job duties diligently to avoid any legal sanctions or adverse reputational impact on the Bank - Cooperating with investigations or reviews on regulatory failure such as accountability review In addition to the above responsibilities, your role includes: - Understanding and implementing the Groups business strategy and model - Being aware of the wider business, economic, and market environment - Executing and supervising the Budget process - Leading by example and building the appropriate culture and values within the team - Ensuring ongoing training and development of people and effective supervision in place - Identifying, assessing, monitoring, controlling, and mitigating risks to the Group - Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, and the Group Code of Conduct Qualifications Required: - College/diploma degree or above - 1 year working experience or above in financial or mortgage/real estate Industry preferred - Relevant experience in banking preferred - Good knowledge of bank products, policies, and business strategy - Strong credit appraisal and marketing skills - Good communication and presentation skills About Standard Chartered: Standard Chartered is an international bank committed to making a positive difference for clients, communities, and employees.
