As we scale, we are looking for a focused and driven Business Development Executive (Pre-Sales) to generate high-quality leads and enable strategic conversations directly with the CEO. Role Overview Freshers can also apply if they are confident! This is a pre-sales, non-calling role focused entirely on LinkedIn-based lead generation and outreach . You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing potential clients on LinkedIn and scheduling qualified meetings for the CEO. You will not be required to take sales calls. This role reports directly to the CEO . Key Responsibilities Use LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to connect with decision-makers (CXOs, HR Heads, Founders). Draft customized, professional outreach messages and follow-ups. Conduct research to identify prospective clients and relevant hiring trends. Build and manage a daily pipeline of potential leads and update progress in internal tools. Schedule qualified meetings with the CEO for further discussion. Maintain high standards of professionalism in written communication and lead qualification. Training & Onboarding Domain-specific training will be provided to help you understand our industry, services, and client engagement strategies. You will be guided step-by-step until you're confident in handling daily responsibilities. Work Timing Monday to Saturday 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (IST) This is a full-time, long-term role . No part-time or remote flexibility is available in the early stages. Requirements 0 to 3 years of experience in LinkedIn lead generation, pre-sales, or business development. Active, verified LinkedIn profile is mandatory. Excellent written communication skills. Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership. Strong research and targeting skills using LinkedIn and online tools. No voice/calling involvement this is a non-calling sales enablement role. Expectations 1.
