Position: Business Development Executive / Sales Coordinator

Qualification: Graduate in any stream

Experience: Minimum 2 years in B2B Sales, Counselling, or Marketing

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹28,000 per month

Additional Benefits: EPF, ESI, and Incentives

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

2. Generate leads through online research, cold calling, and other relevant channels.

3. Arrange meetings with potential clients and coordinate business discussions.

4. Prepare and share quotations with clients.

5. Manage existing clients through regular follow-ups and maintain strong professional relationships.

6. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.

7. Address client queries related to orders and provide timely resolutions.

8. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, release, and dispatch.

9. Follow up with clients regarding pending payments and maintain payment records.

10. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely support.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, counselling, or marketing.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to generate leads, coordinate meetings, and manage client relationships.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.

- A proactive, target-oriented, and professional approach to work.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
