Business Development Executives (Medical Representatives)

Key Responsibilities

Promote and detail company products to doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies.
Generate prescriptions and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Conduct regular field visits (doctor calls & chemist calls).
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
Execute marketing strategies, product briefings, and brand promotions.
Track competitor activities and provide market feedback.
Maintain daily call reports and ensure proper documentation.

Required Candidate Profile

Education:

B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Sc / Any Graduate (Science background preferred)

Skills & Qualities:

Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
Field sales orientation
Ability to work independently
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email)

Experience:

Freshers or candidates with upto 04 years of pharma sales experience
Freshers with strong interest in pharma field are encouraged to apply
