About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Chhindwara and nearby areas. 2. Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and institutional clients. 3. Promote and sell the company's range of natural and organic food products. 4. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, and industry trends. 5. Achieve sales targets and prepare regular sales reports. 6. Collaborate with the marketing team for local promotions and campaigns. 7. Participate in local trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events. 8. Maintain records of client interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools. 9. Ensure timely collection of payments and after-sales support. Proficiency in Hindi and basic English; local dialect knowledge is an advantage. 7. Basic computer skills (MS Office, email communication, CRM tools).
