Business Development Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for managing company-provided leads, building strong customer relationships, and converting potential prospects into successful sales. The role focuses on lead qualification, customer engagement, follow-ups, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Qualification: Review and assess incoming leads based on customer requirements, budget, decision-making authority, and purchase timeline using the BANT framework.
• Outbound Lead Nurturing: Connect with assigned leads through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp follow-ups to generate interest and improve conversion opportunities.
• Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs, identify challenges, and recommend suitable products, services, or training programs.
• Lead Conversion & Sales Closure: Handle customer enquiries, address objections, negotiate effectively, and convert qualified leads into successful sales.
• CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate lead information, update lead statuses, record customer interactions, and schedule follow-ups in the company's CRM system.
• Follow-up Management: Ensure timely communication with prospective customers and maintain consistent engagement until conversion or closure.
• Performance & Reporting: Track daily calls, follow-ups, conversions, and sales performance. Submit regular progress reports to management.
• Customer Feedback: Record customer feedback, objections, and reasons for non-conversion to help improve sales and marketing strategies.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
