• Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to understand client needs, negotiate agreements, and nurture long-term partnerships.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and active listening.
• Experience in IT services, cloud solutions, or digital transformation domains is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work with targets, analyze sales data, and use CRM and productivity tools effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, professional ethics, and a collaborative mindset when working with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in B2B sales within technology or consulting environments in the Indian market is an advantage.
