Business Development Executive

Hi, Greetings from Heyaansh Industries Pvt. Ltd. We are currently expanding our Sales & Business Development Team across two divisions and would like to explore a suitable opportunity with you. 1. Container Fabrication & Modular Infrastructure Sales We manufacture and supply: ✅ Portable Site Offices ✅ Labour Accommodation & Bunkhouses ✅ Toilet & Shower Containers ✅ Custom Industrial Containers ✅ Prefabricated Cabins Key Responsibilities: - Identifying potential customers, contractors, builders and industrial clients. - Generating enquiries through field visits, calls and business networking. - Understanding customer requirements and coordinating quotations. - Conducting customer meetings and site visits. - Negotiating, following up and converting enquiries into confirmed orders. - Developing long-term relationships with industrial and corporate customers. 2. IT Software Sales & Business Development We develop and offer business software, automation solutions and IT services to businesses across India. Our IT sales model is primarily based on online meetings, remote desktop presentations and live software demonstrations, rather than regular field visits. This allows customers to see our software working in real time, understand its benefits and make purchasing decisions without requiring physical meetings. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Identifying potential business customers through online research, calls and emails. ✅ Generating and qualifying new sales opportunities. ✅ Scheduling and independently conducting online product demonstrations. ✅ Understanding customer requirements and presenting suitable software solutions. ✅ Explaining product features, business benefits and pricing. ✅ Handling customer objections, negotiating and converting opportunities into sales. ✅ Maintaining regular follow-ups, customer relationships and sales records. What We Are Looking For We are particularly interested in someone who can independently handle the complete sales cycle — from identifying a potential customer to presenting our solution and successfully closing the order. We would like to understand a few things about your experience: 1. What products or services were you handling at South India Shelter? 2. Were you independently generating leads, conducting presentations and closing sales? 3. Are you comfortable visiting customers and construction sites for container sales? 4. Would you be comfortable learning our IT products and independently conducting live online software demonstrations? 5. Which opportunity interests you more — Container Sales, IT Software Sales, or Both? 6. What are your current CTC, expected CTC and notice period?
