Job Description

As a Business Development Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in promoting our chit fund schemes and expanding our customer base. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and acquiring new customers for various schemes through field visits and referrals. - Explaining chit fund plans, benefits, and terms clearly to potential clients. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing subscribers to encourage repeat participation and referrals. - Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management. - Participating in promotional activities, local campaigns, and customer awareness drives. - Collecting necessary documents and ensuring proper KYC compliance. - Maintaining accurate customer records and reporting daily progress to the branch head or sales manager. To excel in this role, you should have: - Minimum of 13 years of experience in sales. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong local network and ability to generate leads. - Ability to work in the field and meet clients regularly. - Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation. Preferred qualifications include: - Graduation in any discipline. - Fluency in the local language and English/Tamil. This is a full-time position with day shift schedule located in Madurai.
