Job Description

You will be responsible for onboarding new international and India publishers/affiliates to execute campaigns. You will be required to analyze campaign performance to ensure that affiliates achieve optimal results. Managing the affiliate budget, including commission and budget allocation, will be part of your role. Collaboration with both internal and external teams is essential. Building and maintaining strong relationships with publishers will be a key aspect of this position. Acquiring new clients and integrating them into the system will be a part of your responsibilities. Skills required for this role include proficiency in Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, English (Spoken and Written), MS-Excel, and Social Media Marketing. During the probation period of 3 months, the salary will range from INR 12,000 to 15,000 per month, specifically for freshers. After the probation period, the annual CTC will be between INR 4,00,000 to 4,80,000 per year. The job offers an informal dress code and follows a 5-day work week schedule. It is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as paid sick leave, a yearly bonus, and a morning shift schedule. Candidates applying for this role must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of total work experience.,
