Job Opening: Business Development Executive (Intern) Shift Timings: Rotational Morning Shift: 2:00 AM – 11:00 AM Day Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year in Business Development or a related role Key Responsibilities: Pre-Sales: Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities. Generate and qualify leads using LinkedIn, email outreach, and other online platforms. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and tailored pitch decks. Use bidding portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr for prospecting. Leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clutch, and GoodFirms to identify client prospects. Post-Sales: Act as the point of contact between clients and internal teams post-deal. Help onboard clients and coordinate smooth delivery of services. Track project milestones and gather client feedback for continuous improvement. Maintain records of communications and manage updates using CRM tools. Required Skills: Strong research, analytical, and lead-generation abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Understanding of IT services such as Web Development, SEO, and Digital Marketing. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce. Ability to work with online platforms and tools for client prospecting. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's in BBA, MBA, BCA, MCA, B.Tech, B.Sc (IT/CS), or related fields. Certifications in Business Development, Digital Marketing, or Sales Tools. Familiarity with digital marketing basics, UI/UX, and bidding platforms is a plus.
