*About the Role* RevBoosters is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Business Development and Data Analytics Executive to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Zirakpur, where you'll contribute to optimizing hotel performance across online platforms and expanding our digital footprint. --- ### *Key Responsibilities* 1. *OTA Management:* Manage listings and performance across OTAs like MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, etc., ensuring maximum visibility and conversions. 2. *Competitor Analysis:* Track market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and gaps. 3. *Marketing & Promotions:* Work with the marketing team to plan and execute effective online promotions. 4. *Sales Channel Expansion:* Identify and implement new digital channels and tools to boost visibility and sales. 5. *Reporting:* Generate regular reports on key metrics—sales growth, conversion rates, campaign impact, etc. --- ### *Required Skills* * Business & Data Analysis * Proficiency in MS Excel * Familiarity with OTA platforms (preferred but not mandatory) * Strong communication and strategic thinking --- ### *Eligibility Criteria* * Must be available to work *full-time, in-office (6 days a week)* in Zirakpur * Must have completed or be pursuing MBA, BBA, MCA, or Hotel Management * Freshers and career restarters (especially women) are welcome to apply * Strong interest in analytics, online sales, and hospitality --- ### *Perks* * Certificate of Experience * Informal Dress Code * Exposure to real-world data & business strategies * Supportive and growth-oriented work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Morning shift Ability to commute/relocate: Zirakpur, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Application Question(s): How many days of Notice Period do you have?
