Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth of our exhibitions portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, events, and strategic networking. Key Responsibilities: -Lead Generation & Prospecting: -Identify and research potential exhibitors, sponsors, and partners across targeted industries. -Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through cold calling, networking, and industry research. -Pitch exhibition opportunities to potential clients and close sales. -Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and new clients. -Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and repeat participation. Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. -0-1 years of experience in business development, preferably in exhibitions, events, or media. -Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. -Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven. -Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure. -Willingness to travel domestically Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Ghitorni, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Language: English (Required) Hindi (Required) Willingness to travel: 100% (Required) Work Location: In person
