We are looking for a business development professional who understands the agency business, can identify growth opportunities, and turn prospects into long-term clients.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn, calls, referrals, and other outbound channels.
• Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Conduct discovery calls with founders, business owners, and decision-makers.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable branding, website development, and marketing solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, handle objections, negotiate, and close deals.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and convert inquiries into paying clients.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, meeting notes, and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
• Take ownership of sales targets, pipeline growth, and revenue generation.

Who Should Apply

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in business development or sales, preferably within a branding, digital marketing, or creative agency.
• Experience selling services such as branding, website development, digital marketing, SEO, or performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of the agency business and service-based selling.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Confidence in conducting discovery calls, presenting proposals, handling objections, and closing deals.
• Ability to manage leads, follow-ups, and CRM activities independently.
• A proactive, target-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
• Experience working with international clients is a plus.
