Job Description

Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program Answer potential clients’ questions about home improvement projects or goals Generate between 5 and 15 sales leads per day Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates’ schedules Maintain computer, telephone and other equipment Train other telemarketers when required Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Thiruvananthapuram, Thiruvananthapuram - 695001, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Diploma (Preferred) Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Sales: 1 year (Preferred) Language: Hindi (Required) English (Required)
