Business Development Executive (BDE) – Digital Marketing

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1+ year of sales experience to help us generate leads, acquire new clients, and grow our Digital Marketing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Identify and approach potential clients who require digital marketing services.
• Pitch and sell services such as SEO, Google Ads, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and Performance Marketing.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings, calls, and presentations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and customized service packages.
• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into paying customers.
• Negotiate pricing and close business deals.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate lead information and sales activity records.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a similar role.
• Experience in Digital Marketing, IT services, or software sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong lead-generation and client-acquisition abilities.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
• Ability to understand client needs and convert opportunities into sales.
• Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
