Job Description

Identify and develop new B2B customers across the company's target industries.
Generate new business opportunities through market research, email, LinkedIn, networking, references and field visits.
Identify prospective companies and establish contact with key decision-makers.
Introduce the company's products, services, solutions and technical capabilities to prospective customers.
Arrange and conduct customer meetings, presentations and introductory discussions.
Understand preliminary customer requirements, upcoming projects and potential business opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with IT, Telecom, Projects, Engineering, Purchase and other relevant departments.
Continuously expand and maintain a structured database of prospective and existing customers.
Identify, qualify and generate genuine business enquiries with relevant requirement details.
Capture enquiry information, including scope, quantity, project location, expected timeline and customer contacts.
Coordinate with internal technical and sales support teams to progress qualified enquiries.
Follow up on quotations and proposals submitted by the internal team and obtain customer feedback.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and regularly report prospect status, opportunities and follow-up activities.
Develop long-term customer relationships and continuously identify opportunities for repeat and future business.
Drive customer engagement and opportunity follow-up towards successful business conversion.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Diploma (Required)

Experience:

Business development: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

25% (Preferred)
