Job Summary

Pitanga Wealth Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic, confident, and target-oriented Business Development Executives to join our Sales & Business Development team.

The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, generating business opportunities, conducting field visits, building customer relationships, and promoting financial products and services.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy field sales, customer interaction, networking, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers through field sales and direct marketing.
• Conduct daily field visits, customer meetings, and business presentations.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
• Promote Demat & Trading Accounts, Mutual Funds, SIPs, Insurance, and other financial services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Achieve monthly client acquisition, sales, and revenue targets.
• Identify business opportunities in local markets, residential areas, offices, and commercial establishments.
• Coordinate with internal teams for account opening, KYC, onboarding, and client activation.
• Maintain daily sales reports, customer records, and follow-up activities in CRM.
• Participate in sales campaigns, promotional activities, and business development initiatives.
• Ensure all customer communication and sales activities follow applicable company and regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Graduate preferred; candidates with relevant sales experience may also apply.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are welcome.
• 0–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, banking, financial services, or customer acquisition.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Ability to build relationships and identify potential customers.
• Willingness to travel locally for field visits and customer meetings.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and confident personality.
• Basic knowledge of financial services, stock markets, banking, or insurance will be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
