Job Description: Business Development Executive
Location: Thane, Maharashtra
Company Profile: We are a leading consultancy specializing in Labour Law Compliance, offering end-to-end solutions to businesses across India. Our services include Labour Law Compliances, POSH compliance, payroll management, NAPS and NATS, recruitment, staffing, statutory audits, and more. We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and help expand our client base.
Key Requirements
Client Acquisition:
· Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
· Schedule meetings with HR managers, compliance officers, and decision-makers.
Sales Execution:
· Present and promote our labour law consultancy services to prospective clients.
· Prepare proposals and negotiate terms to close deals effectively.
Relationship Building:
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client.
· Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns.
Market Research:
· Stay updated on labour law trends and competitors' offerings.
· Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to enhance services.
Reporting:
· Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
· Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Reporting Manager.
Key Skills and Competencies:
· Strong communication and presentation skills.
· Have knowledge and ability explain labour law consultancy services effectively.
· Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Experience – 1 to 2 years in sales
