Key Responsibilities

Acquire new clients across the GCC market.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling and email campaigns.
Connect with HR heads, business owners and decision-makers.
Understand manpower requirements and generate recruitment opportunities.
Conduct client meetings and negotiate commercials.Manage the sales cycle from Lead → Requirement → Agreement → Closure.  Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–3 years of B2B Business Development / Client Acquisition experience.
Strong communication and negotiation skillsComfortable with cold calling and outbound sales.
Client acquisition and relationship management.
Target-oriented and self-motivated

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
