Job Title: Business Development Executive – Pre Sales Location: On-Site Experience: 1-2 years (Freshers with excellent skills may also apply) Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive – Pre Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and converting them into clients using various platforms including LinkedIn and Upwork . You should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a good understanding of IT services to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients and business opportunities through LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, and other lead generation platforms . Engage with leads through professional communication, calls, and presentations. Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions from our service offerings. Coordinate with the technical team to prepare proposals, quotations, and pitch decks. Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and manage the sales funnel to convert leads into clients. Build long-term relationships with clients by providing consistent support and ensuring satisfaction. Conduct market research to identify trends and target markets. Update and manage CRM tools to track communication and sales progress. Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and client conversion. Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills – verbal and written. Proven experience or good understanding of lead generation on LinkedIn and Upwork . Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into business language. Basic knowledge of software development services (Web, Mobile, etc.) is a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently. Strong organizational and time management skills. Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Experience in writing proposals for IT services. Understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques (SEO, email marketing, etc.). Previous experience in a similar pre-sales or business development role in the IT industry. Familiarity with platforms like Fiverr, Freelancer, or other freelance portals.
