Job Description: The Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving the company's growth by acquiring new clients through multiple online platforms, including Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and direct networking. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and acquire new business opportunities through various freelance platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, and other online marketplaces. - Create and manage engaging proposals tailored to client needs on Upwork and similar platforms. - Collaborate with internal teams to develop client-specific pitches, presentations, and pricing strategies - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals - Conduct market research to identify new industries and markets for expansion - Manage client communication and project requirements from initiation to closure - Stay up to date with industry trends, competition, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth - Experience working on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, or similar marketplaces is highly desirable - Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to create compelling proposals and presentations that resonate with clients. - Strong organizational and time management skills.
