Along with Upwork, we also generate business through LinkedIn outreach , prior clients , and freelance platforms . To expand our client base and accelerate our growth, we’re hiring a driven and tech-savvy Business Development Executive to join our team. Responsibilities Generate leads and close deals on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and others . Write tailored proposals for projects involving Salesforce , Full Stack , AI/ML , and Game Development . Communicate effectively with clients to gather project requirements and align internally with the technical team. Follow up on leads, track opportunities, and maintain a strong pipeline. Contribute ideas to enhance pitch decks, proposals, and service packaging. You Should Have 2+ years of experience in online bidding / IT sales / lead generation . Working knowledge of Salesforce , full stack development , or AI/ML/game projects (not hands-on, but enough to understand client needs). Excellent English communication and writing skills. Experience using Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Freelancer , or similar platforms. CRM tools familiarity is a plus (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.). What You’ll Get Flexible hours and remote-first culture. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: total work: 3 years (Required)
