Our team of 8 developers (4 Senior, 3 Mid-Level, 1 Junior) and 4 Senior QA Engineers brings deep expertise in: ✅ Salesforce CRM & Cloud Ecosystem (Sales, Service, B2B, Marketing Cloud, Vlocity, Health Cloud) ✅ Third-Party Integrations (HubSpot, AWS, Box, etc.) ✅ Full Stack Web & Mobile App Development (MERN, MEAN, LAMP) ✅ AI/ML Solutions (Predictive Analytics, Chatbots, NLP, Computer Vision) ✅ Game Development (Unity, Unreal Engine, Web-based and Mobile Games) We recently launched our Upwork agency profile , and we're proud to have already achieved a 100% Job Success Score . Along with Upwork, we also generate business through LinkedIn outreach , prior clients , and freelance platforms . To expand our client base and accelerate our growth, we’re hiring a driven and tech-savvy Business Development Executive to join our team. Responsibilities Generate leads and close deals on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and others . Write tailored proposals for projects involving Salesforce , Full Stack , AI/ML , and Game Development . Communicate effectively with clients to gather project requirements and align internally with the technical team. Follow up on leads, track opportunities, and maintain a strong pipeline. Contribute ideas to enhance pitch decks, proposals, and service packaging. You Should Have 2+ years of experience in online bidding / IT sales / lead generation . Working knowledge of Salesforce , full stack development , or AI/ML/game projects (not hands-on, but enough to understand client needs). Excellent English communication and writing skills. Experience using Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Freelancer , or similar platforms. CRM tools familiarity is a plus (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.). What You’ll Get Flexible hours and remote-first culture. Fixed salary + performance-based incentives . Exposure to international markets and enterprise clients. Direct collaboration with a highly experienced technical team. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: total work: 3 years (Required)
