Job Description

ABP One Stop Weddings is seeking a dynamic Business Development Professional to join our growing team. This role combines strategic sales leadership with active involvement in on-ground wedding experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Revenue Ownership

Drive sales strategy and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets for weddings, receptions and related events.
Manage the complete sales lifecycleprospecting, pitching, proposal development, negotiation and closure.
Ensure high conversion rates from enquiry to booking.

Client and Partner Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with clients, corporate partners, venues and vendors across the wedding ecosystem.
Represent the sales function during venue recces, dcor walk-throughs, food trials and pre-event meetings.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with operations and production teams to translate client needs into actionable briefs.
Support seamless on-ground execution by aligning client expectations with internal capabilities.

Market Intelligence

Track competition, pricing trends and emerging wedding concepts.
Recommend new packages, partnerships and service offerings based on market insights.

Reporting and MIS

Maintain accurate MIS reports on forecasts and conversions
Provide periodic updates and insights to the management team.
