Business Development Engineer, MCU

**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As a Business Development Engineer at Qt, you will play a vital role in supporting the Business Development Manager and expanding the ecosystem for Qt for MCUs. Your responsibilities will include providing technical support, driving demo enablement, and contributing to ecosystem growth in industries such as Automotive, Two-Wheelers, Industrial Automation, Medical, and Consumer Electronics. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with the Business Development Specialist to provide technical support and identify new leads for Qt for MCU opportunities. - Participate in customer meetings to understand and discuss technical requirements, highlighting the technical advantages of Qt for MCU. - Enhance expertise in Qt for MCU offerings, prepare customized presentations and demos, and align with diverse project requirements. - Conduct technical training sessions and customer-specific trials for effective product evaluation and adoption. - Work closely with Product Management, R&D, and Marketing teams to communicate customer feedback and devise strategies for conveying Qt's product value to clients. **Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years of FAE experience, preferably in selling MCU/MPU chipsets or in the embedded software domain. - BS/MS degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - Excellent C/C++ programming skills. - Experience with production of MCU GUI applications support as FAE. **Additional Details of the Company (if available):** At Qt, work-life balance is valued, and employee benefits are designed to be flexible, inclusive, and meaningful.
