Business Development Associate/Sr. Associate

As a candidate for the position, your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with study abroad consultants and bringing them on board - Managing accounts diligently to generate more business for the organization - Conducting face-to-face and virtual training sessions with consultants - Collaborating with top Indian universities with student exchange programs - Connecting with stakeholders, student exchange committee members, etc. to organize workshops/webinars - Collaborating with University Representatives of the USA, Canada, Australia, UK, and Ireland-based universities - Building a rapport with University Representatives to promote services among their students - Representing the company at education fairs and interacting with study abroad aspirants - Participating in pre-departure events conducted by UK-based universities - Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers Your skills should include: - Excellent written and verbal communication - Good interpersonal and negotiation skills - Result-oriented mindset - Creative thinking - Self-motivation and strong work ethic - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Strong attention to detail,
