About the Role
We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and customer-focused professionals to join our EdTech client as Business Development Associates (BDA) / Senior Business Development Associates(Sr. BDA). The role involves counselling prospective students, managing leads, and converting enquiries into enrolments.
Eligibility
· Qualification:- Graduate in any discipline
· BDA:- 0-2 years of experience; freshers with good communication skills can apply.
· Sr. BDA:- 2-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in EdTech/ Inside Sales.
Key Responsibilities
· Handle and convert leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
· Counsel students/parents and recommend suitable courses.
· Achieve monthly sales and enrolment targets.
· Manage follow-ups and maintain the sales pipeline/CRM.
· Handle customer queries and objections effectively.
· For Sr. BDA: mentor junior team members and support team targets.
Required Skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
· Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
· Basic knowledge of CRM/MS Office.
Salary
· BDA: 7 LPA - 8.4 LPA + Uncapped Incentives
· Sr. BDA: 8.4 LPA – 11 LPA + Uncapped Incentives
