Role Overview

As a BDA, you will be the first point of contact for students, parents and institutions. You will generate leads, explain our programs, and convert interest into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to leads via calls, WhatsApp and email and understand their career goals
• Present TeachGrow's courses, internships, certifications and placement programs
• Follow up consistently and close enrollments to meet monthly targets
• Generate new leads through outreach, referrals, colleges and social channels
• Maintain lead status, follow-ups and conversion data in the CRM
• Handle objections and queries with clear, honest communication
• Coordinate with the product and operations team for smooth onboarding of enrolled learners
• Share regular feedback from the market to help improve our offerings

Requirements

• Any graduate or final-year student (any stream)
• Strong communication in English and Kannada/Hindi (other regional languages are a plus)
• Confident on calls, persuasive and comfortable with targets
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and WhatsApp/email outreach
• Self-driven, quick learner and a good team player

Good to Have

• Prior experience in sales, telecalling, counselling or EdTech
• Understanding of lead funnels and CRM tools
