About the Role

We are a growing biotechnology company specializing in high-technology solutions for the life sciences sector. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Technical Sales Executive, combining scientific knowledge with business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell high-technology biotech products to research labs, institutions, and industry clients
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify new business opportunities and support revenue growth
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
• CTC: ₹2.0 – ₹3.5 LPA (including performance incentives)
