Position: Business Development Associate – Rental Spaces

Job Summary:
Responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing clients for commercial and institutional rental spaces. The role involves generating leads, building partnerships, negotiating rental agreements, and ensuring high occupancy levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential tenants or organizations for rental spaces.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and property partners.
• Conduct site visits and presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate rental terms and close agreements.
• Track market trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain database of leads, inquiries, and agreements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, leasing, or business development.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
