Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Business Development professional to drive customer acquisition and business growth for Rana AI. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with experience in domestic and international sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
• Identify potential clients across industries and understand their business challenges.
• Present Rana AI's AI-powered solutions through product demonstrations and client meetings.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline, follow up with prospects, negotiate deals, and close new business.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate lead information, sales activities, and forecasts in the CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, SaaS, software, technology, or AI solutions.
• Experience in both domestic and international sales is preferred as a core requirement for this role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies.

Compensation: Discussed during the interview.

Location: Open to suitable candidates globally, subject to employment and work-authorization requirements.
