Key Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads through multiple channels.
• Research target markets and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Connect with prospective clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations.
• Present digital marketing services and recommend suitable solutions to clients.
• Prepare business proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term business growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover of confirmed projects.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and business development targets.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role.
• Experience selling digital marketing services is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of lead generation, prospecting, and sales conversion.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
• A proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
