Job Description

Universal PSR Compliance LLP is hiring a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate business opportunities, manage leads, communicate with prospective clients, and drive sales for our regulatory compliance and business consultancy services.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a client-focused approach, and an interest in B2B sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads and identify new business opportunities.
• Connect with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and follow-ups.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable compliance services.
• Explain service procedures, pricing, and documentation requirements to clients.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate with clients, and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status in the CRM.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and maintain client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.

Services You Will Handle

FSSAI , Company registration,BIS Certification, EPR Registration, FSSAI License, Drug License, CDSCO / MD-42, IEC Registration, APEDA Registration, GACC Registration, PSARA License, Trademark Registration, and other regulatory compliance services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication in Hindi and English.
• Basic knowledge of sales, lead generation, negotiation, and client handling.
• Ability to follow up with prospects and convert leads into business.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.
• Experience in B2B sales, telecalling, business development, or consultancy services is preferred.
• Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly salary: ₹17,000 – ₹20,000, based on experience and skills.
