Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Associate to generate leads, identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive sales for residential construction and luxury villa projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate, construction, or the building industry, with strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for residential construction and villa projects.
- Source potential clients through networking, referrals, online platforms, cold calling, and other lead-generation activities.
- Connect with prospective customers, understand their construction requirements, and explain the company's services and offerings.
- Follow up with leads, schedule client meetings, and coordinate site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landowners, architects, real estate agents, channel partners, and other stakeholders.
- Understand client budgets, project requirements, timelines, and expectations.
- Coordinate with the design, estimation, and technical teams to prepare proposals and cost estimates.
- Present company offerings, construction packages, pricing models, and project portfolios to prospective clients.
- Support negotiations, proposal discussions, and the conversion of qualified leads into confirmed projects.
- Maintain an updated database of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales opportunities in the CRM or tracking system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead-generation, meeting, and business-conversion targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and potential business opportunities in the construction and real estate sectors.
- Participate in client meetings, networking events, and promotional activities as required.
- Prepare regular sales pipeline reports and business development updates for management.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant business development experience in construction or real estate will be preferred.
Experience Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
- Experience in construction companies, real estate, villa construction, or residential property sales is preferred.
- Proven experience in lead generation, client meetings, negotiation, and sales conversion.
- Candidates with an existing network of property owners, real estate agents, architects, and channel partners will have an added advantage.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
