Position: Business Development Associate(BDA) Location: Palakkad, Kerala (Ready to relocate immediately) Education: B.E. Mechanical Roles and Responsibilities Identify potential customers through cold calling, lead generation, and telemarketing. Develop new business opportunities by building relationships with clients and understanding their needs. Conduct inside sales activities to convert leads into paying customers. Meet or exceed monthly targets for sales performance metrics such as calls made, conversions, and revenue generated. Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. Desired Candidate Profile 0-5 years of experience in B2B sales or related field (preferably mechanical engineering background). Strong communication skills in English (Hindi speaking is an added advantage) for effective client interaction. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines. Proficiency in using CRM software for tracking leads and managing customer interactions.
