Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify and coordinate with potential industries, business opportunities, and prospective partners.
• Support lead generation through online research, industry events, networking, and exploratory visits.
• Close leads and support in execution of potenial projects.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking strategic projects, pilot programs, and organizational initiatives.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution.
• Maintain structured databases of potential partners, leads, and business opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and smooth execution.
• Support communication, meetings, and follow-ups with external stakeholders, vendors, and industry partners.
• Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and project progress updates for leadership.
• Track key business metrics, identify execution gaps, and support strategic decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's /Master's degree in Management, Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Electronics or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in business operations, project coordination, market research, or strategy in Aviation Industry.
• Strong analytical, research, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools.
• Ability to coordinate across teams, manage multiple tasks, and follow up on deliverables.
• Proactive approach, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Timely tracking and completion of assigned projects.
• Quality of market research and business opportunity identification.
• Accuracy and timeliness of reports and documentation.
• Effectiveness of cross-functional coordination and follow-ups.
• Successful implementation of process improvements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
